Fall 2013 - Getting Started

Things you will need for this class:

• Textbook - Microsoft Access 2010, Complete, Illustrated Series.  Cengage.  ISBN 978-0-538-74717-2.
• Student data files CD - you will need to come pick one up from me in the Business Division.
• Access to this blog - mindyholder.blogspot.com.  Look on right column under 'Mindy's Classes' and select 'Database Management'.  This is where you will find all your assignments.
• Access to a computer with Office 2010.

• Read and complete all the activities on pages ACCESS 1-17.  You will need to utilize your student data files for this assignment.
• Complete the Concepts Review on pages ACCESS 18-19.  Email your answers to me at mindy.holder@sccc.edu.
• Complete the Skills Review on pages ACCESS 19-21.  Email this file as an attachment to me at mindy.holder@sccc.edu.
